Fash & Curious

Seller Policy & Partner Terms

Last updated: August 3, 2026

This document describes the rules for selling on Fash — for individual sellers on the mobile app and partner shops using the partner-ops portal. It reflects the listing flow, listing statuses, moderation, and transaction rules running on Fash today. By listing items or partnering with us, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This policy governs all second-hand fashion sales on Fash (Fash & Curious), including:

  • Individual sellers creating listings directly in the iOS/Android app.
  • Partner shops invited by Fash, signing in to partner-ops and uploading Excel listing files.
  • Verified sellers or shops onboarded through Fash partnership programmes.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age and legal capacity under Vietnamese law, lawfully own the goods you list, and provide accurate account or shop profile information.

Partner shops may only access partner-ops via an invite link or account issued by Fash; access may be revoked for policy violations or operational reasons.

3. Minimum listing requirements

Each product (in-app or on the Excel DangSanPham sheet) must meet these required fields — same rules as the Fash mobile listing flow:

  • Category — choose from the dropdown (Vintage, Streetwear, Y2K, Designer, Denim, Activewear, Accessories, Bags, Shoes, Dresses, Tops, Outerwear, Knitwear, Tailoring).
  • Title — minimum 3 characters, maximum 60; short and specific.
  • Condition — New, Like new, Good, Fair, or Worn.
  • Price — from 1,000 to 100,000,000 VND; whole VND amounts.
  • Photos — at least one valid image URL (columns Photo 1…5); use public https links showing the actual item.
  • Aesthetic tags — up to 5 tags (e.g. y2k, streetwear, minimal); pick from the Excel dropdown.
  • Brand, country of origin, colour, size, audience (women/men/unisex/kids/baby), and shipping method (buyer pays / seller pays / free shipping).
  • Description — up to 500 characters; state actual condition and measurements where helpful.

4. Listing standards

Each listing must accurately represent the actual item. Buyers and Fash rely on your photos, description, category, brand, condition, size, and price.

  • Photos: clear and truthful; include overall shots, defect close-ups where relevant, and size tags when applicable.
  • Description: honest about condition (new, like new, used, etc.), material, fit, and minor flaws — do not hide material defects.
  • Category & tags: choose the correct category, aesthetic tags, and attributes in the app form or DangSanPham sheet (partners).
  • Price: list a clear VND price; no misleading or bait pricing.
  • Prohibited goods: no counterfeits, banned items, weapons, controlled substances, wildlife products, or goods illegal under Vietnamese law.

5. Review workflow

New listings and resubmissions after rejection start in in_review (pending approval) until Fash operations approve or reject them.

Approved listings become active (public on the marketplace). Rejected listings stay in rejected status with a reason when provided; edit and resubmit to return to in_review.

For active listings: substantive edits (title, photos, price, description — not accept_offers alone) may move the listing back to in_review before it is public again.

Partner Excel uploads via partner-ops are parsed, validated, and queued for the same review flow as app listings. You receive email when listings are approved, rejected, or need changes.

6. Listing statuses

Fash manages listing lifecycle with the following statuses (sellers may update listings in in_review, rejected, or active per system rules):

  • in_review — pending Fash approval; not publicly visible in feeds.
  • rejected — failed moderation; fix and resubmit.
  • active — live; buyers can view, save, chat, and purchase.
  • inactive — hidden / moderated; no marketplace interaction.
  • reserved — order hold; not open to other buyers.
  • sold — completed sale; no new transactions.
  • deleted — soft-deleted from the marketplace.

7. Partner portal (partner-ops)

Shops invited by Fash may bulk-list via a standard Excel file (DangSanPham sheet) instead of entering each item in the app.

  • Access via invite link or partner-ops login; each shop is tied to one authorised account.
  • Download templates: blank file at fashandcurious.com/partner-ops/fash-listing-trong.xlsx or sample at fashandcurious.com/partner-ops/fash-listing-mau.xlsx.
  • Each upload supports up to 50 product rows; maximum file size 5 MB.
  • Upload to preview parsed rows before final submission; only valid rows are submitted.
  • Operations reviews each listing; the shop receives email on approval, rejection, or when re-upload is needed.
  • Portal access may be paused or revoked for policy violations or operational decisions.

8. Transactions, chat, and payments

Buyers and sellers communicate in-app. Fash encourages clarifying details, extra photos, and agreeing on shipping or safe meetups before completing a deal.

When an order exists, sellers should prepare and ship by the deadline shown in the app where shipping applies. Payment may flow through escrow per the current order flow; buyers should complete payment in-app to keep deposit protection.

Fash may mediate when items do not match descriptions or buyers do not receive goods, within the buyer protection policy in effect. Fash is a platform connecting users, not a party to the contract between buyer and seller.

9. Seller conduct

Sellers must communicate respectfully, respond reasonably, and must not:

  • Commit fraud, ship items that do not match listings, or push off-platform deals to avoid buyer protection.
  • Spam, harass, or misuse buyer contact information.
  • List counterfeit branded goods, prohibited items, or IP-infringing products.
  • Abuse system bugs, duplicate-list spam, or manipulate pricing/offers.

10. Fees and promotions

Platform fees, shipping charges, or promotions (if any) are shown before you confirm a transaction or join a programme, according to rules in effect at that time.

Fash may adjust fee structures or partner benefits under separate partnership agreements; changes are communicated via email or partner channels.

11. Moderation and enforcement

Fash may reject, hide (inactive), remove listings, or suspend accounts/portal access for policy violations, user reports, or legal requirements.

For serious violations (fraud, counterfeits, money laundering, etc.), Fash may refer cases to authorities and permanently terminate selling rights.

12. Policy updates

We may update this policy as the product or law evolves. New versions take effect from the published date on this page; material changes are additionally notified in-app, by partner email, or on partner-ops.

Continued listing or use of the partner portal after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Contact

Questions about seller policy, listing review, or shop partnership: [email protected].

In-app seller support: via Support in the app or the support email published on the Fash website.
