Terms of Use

Fash provides a platform connecting buyers and sellers of second-hand fashion. By accessing or using the service, you enter a legal agreement with the Fash operator under the then-current version of these terms.

You represent that you meet the minimum age and legal capacity required under Vietnamese law to enter contracts and perform marketplace transactions. Registration information must be accurate and you are responsible for your profile.

You are responsible for safeguarding your device, password, and session. Activity under your account is treated as yours unless you promptly notify us via support channels of suspected unauthorised access.

Sellers warrant truthful descriptions (condition, sizing, defects), lawful ownership, and compliance with e-commerce, consumer protection, and prohibited/restricted goods rules.

Buyers must pay using supported methods, confirm receipt per the in-app flow, and communicate respectfully. Fash may mediate under platform policies but is not a party to the underlying contract between users.

Fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, malware, prohibited goods listings, tax evasion, money laundering, or abuse of vulnerabilities are prohibited. Violations may lead to suspension, content removal, and referral to authorities.

You retain rights to content you upload and grant Fash a non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to operate, display, promote, and improve the service as reasonably required.

Fash branding, UI, and software remain the property of the operator or licensors — do not copy without written consent.

Payments may be processed by licensed partners. Platform fees, shipping, or promotions (if any) will be shown before you confirm a transaction according to the product rules in effect.

Fash acts as a technical and commercial intermediary; we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability relating to the service is limited as described in our consumer-facing policies and any fees you paid to Fash for the relevant period (if applicable).

You agree to defend and indemnify Fash (and affiliates, personnel) against claims arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the service, or disputes with other users caused by your conduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved, competent courts in Vietnam shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.

We may amend these terms; updates take effect from the published date. Material changes will be additionally notified in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
