Fash & Curious
Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 12, 2026
Fash (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit our website, download or use the Fash mobile application, and related services. By continuing to use the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms below.
1. Data controller
The organisation responsible for personal data within the Fash service is the operator of the Fash & Curious fashion resale platform. Contact details and legal representatives may be updated from time to time; material changes will be communicated in-app or to your registered email address.
2. Data we may collect
Depending on how you use Fash, we may process the following categories (not all apply to every user):
- Account information: display name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), profile photo, account identifiers.
- Listings & transactions: product descriptions, photos, pricing, order status, in-app messages related to transactions.
- Technical & usage data: device type, OS version, app diagnostics (e.g. crashes), truncated IP address, cookies and similar identifiers for sessions and traffic analysis.
- Payments: we do not store full card numbers on Fash servers when payments are handled by licensed partners; we may receive transaction references and payment status.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to operate the platform, perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, protect security and prevent fraud, and — where permitted — to understand and improve product experience.
5. Retention
Retention depends on data category and legal requirements. Account data is generally kept for the life of the account plus a reasonable period for disputes, accounting, and compliance.
6. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, logging). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please also protect your device and credentials.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law in Vietnam and the context of processing, you may have rights such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction, withdrawal of consent (where processing is consent-based), and complaint to a supervisory authority. To exercise a request, contact us via in-app support or the official Fash contact email.
9. Children
Fash is not directed at children below the minimum age for commercial transactions under Vietnamese rules. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided data, please contact us.
10. International transfers
Some cloud providers may host data outside Vietnam. Where that occurs, we require appropriate safeguards and compliance with applicable reporting and transfer rules.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The new version will be posted with an effective date; for material changes we will provide additional notice in-app or by email.
